The Ritual of Arrival
How the first object a guest touches shapes the memory of a stay.

Wall text
The first few minutes after a guest enters a room set the tone for the entire stay. A gentle scent, softened light and a carefully arranged amenity tray say, without words, that someone has prepared this space for them.
We think of arrival as a ritual with three moments: the welcome, the discovery and the settling in. The welcome may be a handwritten note or chilled towel. The discovery happens in the bathroom, where vessels, textures and fragrance invite exploration. Settling in comes with slippers by the bed and a robe ready to wear.
Designing this ritual does not require extravagance. It requires coherence, so that every object feels part of the same story. When amenities, linens and scent work together, the guest relaxes sooner and remembers the stay longer.
